I cannot speak highly enough about Kerry Cares and the incredible way that Kerry and Nicole looked after my Father. To begin with they provided a morning visit to help with getting him washed and dressed also making breakfast, as well as doing laundry and dishwasher when required. Then following stays in hospital and even a hospice it became increasingly clear that Dad probably didn't have long left. Eventually Dad found himself in a Nursing home but after a few weeks he expressed a wish to be in his own home and finish his days there if at all possible. I spoke to Kerry and without hesitation she agreed to commit to 4 visits per days in order to facilitate dads wish. This arrangement worked well, however, as the weeks went by Dad became bedbound and more and more frail. Kerry and Nicole upheld their commitment though and Dad was looked after with exemplary care from Kerry Cares. Throughout the time that Kerry Cares have been caring for Dad I have found that nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always happy to offer help, advice and support to family when needed. If Kerry or Nicole were at all concerned with how they found Dad on a visit they would contact me straight away and on the very rare occasions that they were running late they would let me know but they never ever missed a scheduled visit. On 8th Sept 2025 Dad passed quietly away in his own home with family by his side as he wished. This peaceful end to Dads life would not have been possible without the care and support of Kerry and Nicole who not only cared for dad but for me and the family also. If you are thinking of employing Kerry Cares for your own needs or that of a family member then think no more, pick up the phone and hire them, you won't regret it!
