What we ask from you
You must have a full UK driving licence
You must have your own vehicle
You must have business insurance on your vehicle
You should have a level 2 care certificate (or be willing to attain one)
You must give permission for us to do an advanced DBS check
What you will be doing
As a care assistant at Kerry cares you will be travelling to service users homes where you will provide the care required as per the care plan while observing the risk assessments and ensuring all is done in a safe, compassionate way. You will need to provide personal care, nutritioin and hydration, medication, and general support to our service users as their personalised care plan documents. You will be trained on each client you are matched with and will not be sent into a home without knowing what will be required and what the needs of that service user are. You will need to observe infection prevention protocols and you will need to complete documents as per our data collection and protection procedure.
What we will provide

PPE will be provided by Kerry Cares
A mileage compensation payment will be made every month
Reflection room meetings will be run every week to give each care assistant the support and guidance they need to accomplish our goals
We will pay a weekly wage at an above average rate
You will be enrolled in the companies pension scheme preparing for your retirement
You will be acknowledged and compensated when going above and beyond
